Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover credit/debit cards. Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment. Sorry, no COD'S.

How are your orders shipped & what is the cost?
Continental US (Lower 48 & DC)
Shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground (our choice)

Orders up to $50.00 --- $9.00 ship charge
Orders from $50.01 to $100.00 --- $10.00 ship charge
Orders from $100.01 to $150.00 --- $11.00 ship charge
Orders over $150.00 shipped free
US orders outside Lower 48 & APO/FPO

$15 per each $100 ordered (shipped via Priority Mail)

International Orders
Shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Exact ship charge determined by final package weight prior to billing/shipping. We will contact you at that time by email for your final approval before releasing. The ship charge will be added to your preliminary order total.
NOTE - at this time we ship Dickies to USPS zip codes only.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax is currently charged ONLY on orders shipped within the state of Illinois. Tax rate on Illinois orders is 9.25% (Chicago sales tax rate). Ship charges are included in tax calculations.

Is my credit card secure?
We use secure data encryption through SSL (Secure Socket Layers) provided by VeriSign.

Are there any other ways I can place an order?
Yes, you can call us at 1-800-480-6965 between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST Monday - Saturday, & 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST on Sundays. We also accept fax orders at 1-773-523-3514.

What about returns?
Our pre-approved EZ return form is enclosed with every shipment. Just fill it out and send the item(s) back to us. We will do the rest when we receive the package. We try to process requests for credit the same day we receive the return.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in stock are generally shipped out within 24 - 48 hours. Items not in stock are special ordered from the manufacturer at our expense. You will be notified by phone or e-mail if an item will be on back order for any length of time. At that time you can decide to keep or cancel those items. Back ordered items will ship free freight as they arrive unless cancelled.

What about my privacy?
The information you give us stays with us. We don't give it to anyone…ever. We don't believe in junk e-mail or junk snail mail. Signing up for email notices and registering with us are always at your option. We DO believe that good service builds customer loyalty and repeat business.
